Review of the 2 week diet​​

“The 2 week diet” is a new diet made by Brian Flatt, the same person who made one of the best weight loss diets available, The 3 week diet. I used it and I lost a lot of weight FAST. So… is “the 2 week diet” as good as its predecessor?


First let’s get into the results my friend had after using this diet since I'm still shredded after "the 3 week diet".

He wasn’t really obese before using this diet but he still lost a lot of weight. I can tell you that it works way better than it’s bigger brother (the 3 week diet). But if you are trying to only lose fat you should go with “the 3 week diet” instead due to that “the 2 week diet” is a little bit too extreme so some people may lose some muscle as well as fat. Both the 3 & 2 week diet are designed to make you lose more fat than muscle but “the 2 week diet” makes you lose a bit too much muscle. So if you are into bodybuilding I recommend you go with the “original” one instead but if you just want to lose as much weight in the shortest time possible you should go with “the 2 week diet”.


Just like its predecessor it is made up of 4 parts. The Launch Handbook, diet handbook, activity handbook and motivational handbook.


Launch handbook
The “launch handbook” is the introduction, but it is also where you can find the science behind how the diet works and how it burns fat several times faster than most other diets. I know it sounds too good to be be true but it actually is true. Don’t believe me? Well I guess you will have to try It out first and then you’ll see why I believe it does so. You can allways get a refund if you don't lose the weight they are claiming you will lose!


Diet handbook
The second part is the “diet handbook” which is where you find how many calories/food you should be eating, just like its predecessor it changes depending on your height, body mass and body fat percentage. It will also do the calculations for you so you don’t have to go to a doctor to find out what your bodyfat % is. Unlike its predecessor it includes a guide on what types of “tasty” foods you can eat while still sticking to your diet. This means that you don’t have to count how many calories you are eating you just go to a grocery store and buy the foods that are on the list. I really like this feature since almost no other diet does this and it is super useful.


Activity handbook
The third part is the “activity handbook” and it is where you find how and how much you will be training, it will only take 20 minutes out of your day and you will only have to do it 3-4 times per week. They claim this will double your results. I did some research on this and found that it is scientifically proven that you burn about a 30-50% more fat if you're training, if you’re training correctly that is. You can also “skip” the whole working out process if you are not into that "kind" of stuff but then you can expect about a 30-50% fat burn decrease, but you will still be losing more weight than if you were using most other weight loss diets.


Motivational handbook
The last or the fourth part is the “motivational handbook. And I am really happy that they brought this back from its predecessor since this was one of my favourite parts in the “3 week diet”. It was my one of favourite part since the work we do doesn’t have to happen in a gym, but everything we do happens in our mind. Think about it, when we see pizza or any other “bad” foods, what is it there to stop us from eating it? Nothing, other than your mind. Nothing is more important than a strong mind when trying to lose weight. And the best way to get a strong mind is by motivation. That is why I like this part so much.


Conclusion:
This diet burns fat super fast! It has a lot of good features that most other diets doesn't have which is why I believe this “diet” is so much more that just a diet. My friend had amazing results using it and you will too, if you use it correctly! But if you do not want to lose muscle “the 3 week diet” is a better option for you.


Should you spend your hard earned “cash” on this?
In my opinion, yes. Because there is really no other diet that burns fat as fast as this one, it uses Brian’s system that has been proven by harvard, which means that it is safe, not a scam, and that it will make you lose weight several times faster than "normal" diets, just as they are claiming. My friend had incredible results using it, just like I had with its predecessor. There is just nothing else like it. Because of the incredible results I had, I suggest you at least try it out! And if you don't like it you can always get a refund.
